7 years

The last 7 years ..... Cost me, my self images, my masks, my personas who I thought was me and had to be. 

And they gave me back .... Me. Just me. The emerging self who was behind all those, eclipsed by them. 

I carry forward .... The trail that found me. The vision of the elder I am becoming. And me, just me .... That I never want to forget or abandon. Love with the same heart ... but with me always in the picture.
